Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RenTruck Operations Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a company or government agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the portal.
Account Registration and Verification
All client accounts are subject to identity and document verification. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. VFL Builders reserves the right to reject or suspend any account that provides false or misleading information. Verification is typically completed within one business day.
Service Requests and Billing
Approved clients may submit service requests for heavy equipment rental, trucking and hauling, and aggregate supply. All requests are subject to equipment availability and administrative approval. Billing for equipment rental begins upon arrival at the job site. A minimum billable duration applies per service type. Late returns incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.
Cancellation and Refunds
Service requests may be cancelled by the client while in PENDING or APPROVED status. Cancellations must include a reason. Once a request has been scheduled or is ongoing, cancellation may be subject to charges for mobilized equipment and personnel. Refunds are processed at the discretion of VFL Builders management.
Limitation of Liability
VFL Builders provides the RenTruck portal and its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the portal. VFL Builders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal or its services.
