Common Questions
- VFL Builders offers three core services: Heavy Equipment Rental (excavators, payloaders, road rollers, graders, and lowbed trailers), Trucking and Hauling (elf trucks, dump trucks, and bump trucks), and Aggregate Supply (S1, Gravel 3/4, and Gravel J1 delivered to your project site).
- Register for a client account, complete your profile verification, then submit a service request from your dashboard. Our admin team reviews and approves requests typically within 24 hours.
- VFL Builders primarily serves Quezon Area 1 to 4. Contact us for specific site locations and we can confirm coverage before you submit a request.
- Once your service is completed, our team issues a formal invoice through the portal. You can view your invoices, outstanding balance, and payment history directly from your client dashboard. We accept Cash, GCash, Maya, Cheque, and Online Banking.
- Your client dashboard shows real-time status of your active deployments, including the assigned unit and driver information. You will also receive notifications for any status changes.
- You will need a valid Government ID (front and back) and at least one supporting document such as a Business Permit, Proof of Address, or Purchase Order depending on your client type.
